Hamilton Hall Winter Menu

Grey College – Menu Revision (Winter 2019)

The four-week Winter Menu was reviewed, upon which the following was determined:

  • Amendments were suggested to avoid repetition – these were made.
  • Portions: Changes in menu set-up were also discussed (e.g. larger portions in the evenings and lighter meals at lunch before sport/training).
  • The menu adheres to basic menu planning principles and includes protein, two vegetables and a starch at each meal.
